IBSEA LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The International Business Startup & Entrepreneurs Association (IBSEA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Gagan Deep, Founder of Vitez Rioma Impexo Pvt. Ltd., as National Secretary – Global Expansion, with immediate effect. He will also assume the responsibility of State Coordinator for Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.

An accomplished educator, philanthropist, researcher, author, and entrepreneur, Dr. Gagan Deep brings over 24 years of teaching experience and more than five years of national and international corporate experience. He holds a PhD in Political Science, specialising in urban development, and has contributed to academic discourse through a book and five published articles. His student-centred approach reflects his commitment to empowering individuals through knowledge and opportunity.

His dedication to social advancement extends beyond academia. As Founder of the International Foundation for Care and Relief (IFCR) and Co-founder of the World Economic Council for Urban Development (WECUD), he has supported initiatives addressing poverty, hunger, and the needs of underprivileged communities, including food and clothing assistance during the pandemic. His entrepreneurial experience includes founding Vitez Rioma and co-founding You Drive LLC.

In his new capacity, Dr. Gagan Deep will work towards advancing IBSEA’s international outreach, cultivating strategic partnerships, and helping members explore opportunities for global expansion. As State Coordinator for Himachal Pradesh and Punjab, he will support membership growth, strengthen the association’s presence, and foster meaningful collaboration across both states.
